C-4 The Colesville Council of Community Congregations 

Thank you to everyone who donated time, talents, and funds to assist C-4 in strengthening our community by providing clothing, school supplies, and other services directly to people in need.

C-4, The Colesville Council of Community Congregations C-4 includes the Clothes Closet, Baby Closet, School Supply Program, and Toy Closet and operates like a department store, except that all of the items are donated and there is no charge to the customers.

Free clothing, baby equipment, school supplies, and Christmas toys are supplied to many of Montgomery County’s poorest residents. C-4 relies upon the kindness and generosity of 20 member congregations, including ours, for funding, donations, and volunteers.
